Memphis Audio MS60V

The Memphis Audio MS60V is an oversized 6.5-inch MSeries convertible speaker set for car audio systems. Carbon-fiber woofer cones and aluminum-dome tweeters work with external passive crossovers, while the convertible layout allows the tweeters to remain coaxially mounted or be relocated using the optional MSCKIT. This gives the installer a choice between a compact speaker layout and a separately mounted component arrangement.

Memphis lists 75 watts RMS and 150 watts peak power handling, 89 dB sensitivity and a 2.48-inch mounting depth. Rubber surrounds and the MClip crossover mounting solution support installation. Check the oversized frame against the actual vehicle opening and mounting pattern rather than assuming every 6.5-inch opening will fit. The MSCKIT phase plugs and tweeter mounts are sold separately when component conversion is required.
