Memphis Audio PRX60C

The Memphis Audio PRX60C is an oversized 6.5-inch Power Reference two-way component speaker system. It includes two midrange drivers, two separate 1-inch poly dome tweeters and a pair of external crossovers. Separating the tweeters from the mids gives installers flexibility to place the high-frequency drivers where the vehicle layout and listening position allow.

The system uses butyl rubber surrounds and a 4-ohm impedance. Memphis specifies 50 watts RMS and 100 watts peak power handling, 88 dB sensitivity and a 2.5-inch midrange mounting depth. Check the oversized speaker opening and rear clearance before installation, and plan suitable tweeter locations and protected crossover mounting points. Follow the crossover connections and mounting instructions, then match the source unit or amplifier to the system specifications.
