Memphis Audio PRXE12DFT

The Memphis Audio PRXE12DFT is a loaded car audio enclosure with two 12-inch Power Reference subwoofers. It handles 800 watts RMS and 1,600 watts peak, providing a matched cabinet and driver combination for a substantial bass upgrade. FLEX selectable impedance offers 0.5-ohm, 1-ohm and 2-ohm system configurations when set up according to the manufacturer instructions.

A front-firing rectangular port and plastic port flare support airflow through the enclosure. RGB-lit speaker cones and an illuminated Memphis logo add lighting to the bass installation. Check the cabinet dimensions against available vehicle space, secure the enclosure and keep the port clear. Select an amplifier that supports the chosen load; the 0.5-ohm configuration requires an amplifier specifically rated for that impedance. Plan the lighting connections and power wiring as part of the complete system.
