Memphis Audio PRXG8

The Memphis Audio PRXG8 is an 8-inch subwoofer grille for Power Reference and MB subwoofers. Its painted aluminum mesh and high-excursion shape allow clearance for cone movement. It adds a protective barrier in front of the driver while giving the installation a finished Memphis appearance. A grille is particularly useful when the enclosure is positioned where cargo or everyday items could come into contact with an exposed speaker cone.

Select the PRXG8 according to the exact subwoofer model and mounting arrangement, rather than diameter alone. Confirm clearance around the cone and surround, and follow the grille installation instructions for the matched driver. Keep the grille clear of loose objects and check that the completed installation allows normal cone movement. This listing is for the protective grille accessory; the subwoofer and enclosure are selected separately to suit your audio system.
