Memphis Audio PRXS1224

The Memphis Audio PRXS1224 is a 12-inch Power Reference shallow-mount subwoofer designed for installations with limited mounting space. Its 3-inch mounting depth allows a slimmer enclosure layout while providing 350 watts RMS and 700 watts peak power handling. FLEX selectable impedance lets you configure the subwoofer for a 2-ohm or 4-ohm load to match a suitable amplifier.

An injected polypropylene cone and dust cap, rubber surround and stamped steel basket form the driver assembly. Memphis Direct Vent Voice Coil Cooling supports the voice coil during operation. The specified cutout diameter is 11.02 inches. Check both enclosure volume and available mounting clearance before choosing a box, and match amplifier output to the continuous power rating at your selected impedance. This listing is for the subwoofer driver; plan the enclosure, amplifier and wiring for the complete bass installation.
