Memphis Audio SRX1244V

The Memphis Audio SRX1244V is a 12-inch Street Reference subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils for a car audio bass installation. Memphis rates the model at 300 watts RMS / 600 watts peak and specifies use in sealed or ported enclosures.

Construction includes a polypropylene cone, rubber surround, progressive poly-cotton spider, anodized aluminum voice-coil former and 12 AWG compression terminals. Listed mounting depth is 4.92 inches, with an 11.06-inch cutout diameter and 85.5 dB sensitivity.

Plan the enclosure dimensions and volume using the model documentation. Confirm the final wired impedance and amplifier compatibility before installation; the dual-coil configuration requires a deliberate wiring plan.
